Full roof replacements include a complete tear-off of the existing roof, inspection and replacement of damaged decking, installation of synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield at all penetrations, and new shingles with proper flashing. Multiple package options are available, offering different shingle types, ventilation upgrades, and workmanship warranties to fit your needs and budget.

Full Roof Replacements

When it’s time for a full roof replacement, we take care of everything from start to finish. We begin by completely tearing off your old roof so we can see what’s underneath and make sure nothing is hidden or overlooked. Once the roof is removed, we carefully inspect the plywood decking and replace any damaged areas with ½” CDX plywood, giving your new roof a solid, reliable foundation.

After the decking is ready, we install a synthetic underlayment across the entire roof. This layer acts as a waterproof barrier between the shingles and the plywood, adding an extra level of protection. At all roof penetrations—such as plumbing pipes, chimneys, skylights, and vents—we install a self-adhering ice and water shield, which helps prevent leaks in these more vulnerable areas. From there, we install your new shingles and any necessary flashing to properly seal the roof system.

The entry package. Made for those who have a rental property or an AirBnB they need to fix or maybe just want the necessary roofing components without sacrificing quality or craftmanship. This gives you the necessary companents without breaking the bank. No need to feel like your cheating yourself or going for the cheapest as this package includes a very dependable 20-year architectural shingle (Malarkey Highlander), standard pipe flashings, no ventilation upgrades, and no valley metal, along with a 10-year transferable workmanship warranty.

The Beta Package

The middle of the road. Made for the average homeowner who wants to step things up with a 25-year architectural shingle (Malarkey Vista), upgraded ventilation, lifetime pipe flashings, and valley metal installation. Whether you’re looking to sell or make the home your forever, this package is the sweet spot between functional and premium without breaking the bank. All backed by a 15-year transferable workmanship warranty.

The Alpha Package

The high end package. Includes everything in The Beta Package, plus a shingle that’s thicker and designed to really last (Malarkey Legacy), 30-years to be exact. This package is for our clients that are at their forever home and want the best of the best. For the ones that never want to worry about their roof again. This is also a great option to add a significant amount of equity to a home. This package is the 9 yards, functional, premium and great looking. This package also includes our best coverage: a 25-year transferable workmanship warranty.
