Asphalt roofs are never pressure washed, while tile roofs can safely withstand pressure washing. The service also includes a final roof inspection, gutter cleaning, and full site cleanup. Roof cleanings do not include a warranty.

Asphalt roofs are cleaned without pressure washing to prevent damage, while tile roofs may be pressure washed when appropriate. After cleaning, we inspect the roof for any areas of concern or potential repairs. If no damage is found, we apply zinc sulfate to help slow future moss growth. We then clean the gutters of any debris that fell during the process, tidy up the surrounding ground areas, and complete the job. Roof cleaning services are considered maintenance and do not carry a warranty.
